This afternoon, Hailey asked quit nicely to take a nap. This has never happened so I quickly responded, even though she had had no lunch and put her to bed. As I peacefully ate my lunch I could hear her chatting to her self and singing various songs such as twinkle twinkle and her new favorite Happy Birthday. After an hour and half of singing she began to get restless and want out. I had accepted the fact there was no sleeping in her future so went to save her. Much to my dismay this is what I found.

| Another Casualty |
I always said (in my adult life without kids) Christmas will be so much more fun with little kids around. Yep, it's true and it's only Dec 1st!

Hailey turned two, and what I intended as a low maintenance celebration, might have grown to quit the weekend of fun!
