Happy Anniversary!!

As of today Ammon and I are no longer "Newly Weds". It's seems like just yesterday we tied the knot. It's been the best year ever and I can't wait for many more!

Year Old Cake- Not Too Shabey

Whom ever made of this odd tradition of saving ones wedding cake for an entire year and then eating it on their annivesary, was obviously Crazy! But much to my surprise it wasn't the most terrible thing I've had! It was actually quit good! This morning before Ammon had to be shipped back to South Dakota we partook in this unusually tradition along with smoothies made from Ammon's very own Vita-Mix (his most recent Birthday surprise)!

I GOLF, I'M A GOLFER

I have finally giving in to this common past time. Ammon loves golf, so I figured I'd give it a whirl! A few months ago we were board one Saturday and by 3pm I owned my own set of clubs! oooopppps! We live across the street from a public golf course, which explains my jeans, no country club would let me step foot on their course. Ammon said once I graduate from a novice level that he'd take me to a real course! Wish me luck!

Thank Goodness for Glue Guns

So I finally gave into pear pressure and dressed up for Halloween for work. I had to keep it somewhat professional since I would be going in and out of Dr offices. Seeing I do not sew, I made this entire costume with an iron and a glue gun! I am crafty, who would have thought. For those of you who cant tell, I was a Candy Striper.

I found this costume for super cheap the other day and figured it was too funny and one of us would want to wear it for Halloween. Looks like Ammon won (or did he)?

Blast those Santa Anna Winds!

We decided to take advantage to this beautiful night and "cop-a-squat" (if you've seen pretty women you know what I'm talking about) at the beach. Much to our dismay we were smoked out in less then 20 min! Apparently a huge fire broke out in the OC! THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! The last set of pics were only taken 15-20 min after the first batch. SCARY

Bermuda

Right after we planned our Europe trip, we found out I won a free trip to Bermuda from work, OOOPPPs! We ended up spending the month of July on vacations!

Europe July 2007

We spent 11 days in Europe this summer. We managed to cover allot of ground in such a short period of time. We started in London, moved on to Rome, then my very favorite Chinque Terre, and lastly Paris. By the end we weren't sure what language we should speak and what currancy to use!

Despite the 2 cases of the Stomach flu and food poisoning, we still mangaged to have a good time in the D.R. The whole concept of "through sickness and in health" became a reality right off the bat!
