Playing House!

We are officially "playing house"! We just moved into a real house with no shared walls, our own garage, a washer and a dryer that doesn't require coins in order to operate, and lets not forget, a real back yard (with a fence and everything)! For those of you who don't live in California or New York you wont understand our new found excitement, because you actually own a home thats probably twice this size (at least), but for us this is huge!! Good news too . . . We are close to the beach!

Don't Let this happen to you!

So Monday morning California got more rain, but this time it was in our apartment. It has been speculated, that our upstairs neighbor "broke" his toilet by leaning back and cracking the tank (he's a big guy who hopefully doesn't blog). As the day progressed and the water spread both upstairs and down, things got worse. At about 11pm our AC unit that once hung 9 feet off the ground fell to its death (inside our apt) R.I.P. This is what we get to come home to ever night. There is a silver lining to all of this . . . Due to the unfortunate events we are moving next Saturday to a darling house in Huntington Beach and we have NO upstairs neighbors!!

REUNITED!

I thought this day would never come!
3 months ago Ammon received a disturbing phone call informing him that we would be spending the next 3 months working out of the South Dakota office for one of his clients! Much to my dismay we have been apart of most of that time! As of Last night our separation is over! We have been reunited, and Ammon has moved back in! Although there might be a few bumps in the road, such as not having the whole bed to myself, sharing the covers and actually having to cook again, all in all I'M QUIT PLEASED TO HAVE HIM BACK!
