Week 2

One of my three blog viewers recently requested new pictures of little Chloe, and I wouldn't want to dissappoint 30% of my loyal fan base!
Chloe's 2nd week of life!

Hailey is being a good big sister.  She must always know the were-abouts of her baby Ko-ee, and always asks to carrie the baby.

Even after 2 weeks of not being the center of attention, she still has a smile on her face.

Hailey has her two of her own baby dolls which she plays with 80% of her waking hours now. She walks her baby in the stroller, feeds her a bottle, swings her to sleep, just like Chloe and even swaddles her up in blanket before nap time.

Welcome Chloe Jane Sullivan

SHE'S HERE!
After 4 hours of labor and 4 min of pushing Chloe Jane was born on Sept 30th at 12:41pm.   Hailey is still adjusting being a big sister, but is always looking for baby "Ko-ee".

Oh how I hate One O Clock Church!

Just to clarify, i don't hate church.  I just dont like the start time of 1 pm for a toddler!
I try really hard every Sunday morning to wear Hailey out in hopes of an early nap, but lately this is what I get . . .

I can't outsmart her any more!

The next post will hopefully be the announcement of Baby Chloe, so get excited (I know I am)!

Congrats John and Anna Sullivan

Yesterday Ammon's brother John married Anna in the San Diego Temple.  It was a beautiful day and wedding.  Congratulations you two!

I have officially decided after yesterday that for the next 3 weeks (or whenever I get this thing out of my belly) I am retiring All of my high heals.  I'm not sure how long it will take for my back to recover.  Not to mention the fact I spent 90% of the day playing "involuntary"  chase with Hailey!

It's a good thing she is so darn cute!

Apparently I need to vacuum more!

I decided to be productive today and Vacuum the upstairs.   This is what Hailey did the entire time.

Apparently she has not been exposed to such a scary device much in her life!  My bad!

Finishing touches

My last project for Miss Baby Chloe Jane (which will probably be her name).

My one fear . . . That this baby isn't a girl.  It seems that lately everyone I pass insists that I am having a boy, due to their expert knowledge of how women carry while pregnant.  Don't get me wrong we would love him, but we would have some MAJOR renovations  and shopping to do!

Getting Ready for Baby Girl Sully #2

When I was pregnant with  Hailey, her room was ready 4 months before she was born.  I'm defiantly not that on the ball, but 6 weeks in advance isn't bad.  Here is the (almost) finished project!  Thanks to Craigs list and and some cut up Wallmart sheets we were able to create this . . .

Some of you might remember that 2 yrs ago Ammon had to sew Haileys curtains because I couldn't figure out how to sew a straight line.  Well 3 sewing lessons later (from my mom-in-law) and TA-DA
Thanks to Grt G-ma Glades mirror that once was gold, and a repainted dresser, yes I'm getting crafty!

Oh this night light is way to tempting for Haily's curiosity.  It might end up in the closet for awhile
Every girl needs her hair accessories

I hope Hailey loves this Baby as much as she loves jumping on her bed

Wild Animal Park

Now that we are taking a break from home projects we are actually trying to do a few fun family outings (instead of wasting our Saturdays slaving away).  A few weeks ago we took Hailey to the wild Animal Park.  She is really starting to get the hang of this place, especially not that she knows most of her animal sounds!

Hailey LOVES feeding the ducks!
apparently birds love Ammon
in theory Hailey loves Birdies, but I don't thinks she loves them this close.
Still a bit weirded out, but the proximity of the bird

Beach Bum Baby

Its official, as of last week Hailey had become a true California Girl.  She now loves the ocean and I hate to say it, is no longer afraid of the waves.  This is a bitter sweet moment for me only because now I have to spend my time in the frigid cold water holding her hand.  No more lounging on  the sand.
As you can see, it takes no time to make new friends!
