Hailey and I had a pretty eventful day today. I'll start out by saying we are both doing fine and no harm done. . . As you know I am a pharmaceutical rep, and visit Dr. offices during the day. This morning I was at a new office waiting to meet the Dr and have her sign for the samples. As I was standing in the hallway waiting, trying not to get in anyones busy way, I began to think "wow I could really use a soda when I'm done here". Moments later my patient posture turned into a full on hover over the counter that I was standing in front of. At this point I realized it would be in my best interest to take a seat. Of course there were no seats in my view. I asked the front office staff if I could wait for the Dr back in the waiting room so I could sit down, As I made my way to the packed waiting room one of the nurses saw that something wasn't right. The rest is a blur. Yep, you can guess what happened next! As I began to tumble to the ground that cute 4' 8" nurse caught my fall and carried me back into the office and into a wheel chair. I spent the next 20 min in laying on an exam table sipping my 7-up. I guess after 6 1/2 months symptom free, it's about time I show some pregnancy symptoms. Good news is, I eventually got to meet the Dr as she was examining me and I defiantly think she'll remember me next time a come in! On the embarrassment scale this gets a 10+. Apparently standing still for long periods of time has become a big no-no for me, too bad that's what I spend most of my time doing at work! mmmm
(ps: You might have noticed I keep spelling Hayley different ways every time, that is because Ammon and I cant decide on the spelling so I'm testing them all on for size. How would you spell it?)

Aloha
So Ammon and I just spent 10 days in Hawaii. I guess you could call it our "last Ho-rah" before our little angel graces us with her presence in November! We were in Maui for a week on an incentive trip with my work and then spent 3 1/2 days with our good friends the Schapperles in Honolulu. Needless to say it was Fabulous! We spent most of our days relaxing at the beach or pool (the pool at the hotel was awesome, with a number of water slides, a water elevator and a lazy river). We also managed to hike to a few waterfalls in Hana, snorkel and stumble upon the nude beach (the first indication we were out of our element was when I spotted the naked surfer, sorry no photos were taken).
Here a a few pics from our hike!
My Work Peeps
And last but not least, our fun in Honolulu! We went to Perl Harbor and some cute beach to Kayak
P.S. If you think these photos are exceptionally good, it's because we realized on our first day we forgot our camera. Ammon some how convinced me if there happened to be a Costco on the Island of Maui he could purchase his dream camera that he has been wanting for months. In my head I thought, what are the odds of Maui having a Costco so agreed? Little did I know the first thing as you drive out of the Maui airport is a Costco, who would have thought! Now we just have to learn how to use it!

You could say we are planners!
Some might argue, we have 4 more months until baby Hailey graces up with her presence and there is no need to begin the transition from Study to Nursry, but we couldn't help ourselves, We're Planners! I would say here's a photo of our finished product but let's be honest, I wont stop until it's a baby wonderland!!
The best part of this whole expirience is how it all got started. So we ordered our furniture weeks ago, and have been waiting for it to come in. Thursday we got a call to let us know we could pick it up anytime. I called Ammon and told him we probably should find a truck to barrow this weekend so we can get it done. Little did I know his first stop after work was to pick up both the crib and the dresser in his little Chevy Cavalier! As he was struggling in the parking lot with 2 very large boxed that obviously we not going to fit, Ammon flagged down some strange women in a truck and offered her $20 to follow him home with the boxes! So much to my surprise the fun started early! I think Daddy Ammon was excited!

Girls are so fun to shop for
Today we had another ultrasound, which confirmed our baby girl is definitely a baby girl and possesses the correct number of toes and fingers! In celebration of our news I "might" have made a small purchase! Thanks so Grandma Sandy's contribution (not to mention a pretty decent sale at Pottery Barn Kid) Baby's bedroom is coming along nicely! This is our mission and we are on our way!!

My CPA
.jpg)
After 2 years and MANY, MANY, hours of studying, the pain is over! Ammon has officially passed all 4 exams to become a CPA and is well on his way to a life filled with GLAMOR, PRESTIGE and even longer hours as a certified public accountant! This might not sound like a big deal to most of you out there, but to us it means FREEDOM! No more watching TV with ear plugs and devoting every Saturday to study days!
Congrats Ammon! I love you!

Rickels is Married!!!

Not all of you have had to pleasure of knowing our long lost friend Rickels (aka Rick Atkin). Now I call him our long lost friend because he moved out to Boston last August to start the MBA program at Harvard and he suddenly fell of the face of the planet. Now one would argue, it's a tough school and he was probably so busy with homework, but nope he was busy finding a wife!! Rickels got married last weekend in St George and we are so happy for him! Here's a few photos from the wedding! Rick we know you are in Bora Bora right now but now that you are married it is mandatory to update your blog!!!

PINK IS THE NEW BLUE
For those of you who might not have heard . . . WE'RE HAVING A GIRL!! Ammon and I are loving the fact we can refer to "Her" instead of "it"! We are very excited, but question if "Baby Girl Sullivans" Aunty Suzy is even more excited then we are! Here's what we received in the mail from Aunty Suzy. (keep in mind many of these pieces were purchased hours before she new it was a girl)!
And to Aunty Suzy, On behalf of "Baby Girl Sullivan" I'd like to thank you for making sure this little one is the best dressed on the block!

The Glade Family Extravaganza!
Last week we had our First Annual "Glade Family Extravaganza" and it was a BLAST! We all (minus Rob and Mel) rented a beach house in Miramar Beach Florida. We spent the week soaking up the sun at the beach and pool, visiting with the fam (which we dont ever get to do, since we all live so sinkin far away from each other) shopping, playing with my sisters kids (who are the cutest things), and for the boys Lots of golf! All I can say is . . . I CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

We're Back and With Big News

So I know its been over a month since we last updated our blog, but that's because the only news we had was a secret until Now!!! If you haven't guessed it . . . WE'RE HAVING A BABY! It has been a trial keeping such excited news under the wraps. But the wait if finally over! I just finished my first trimester and feel great. Don't get me wrong, I'm exhausted and haven't been able to tolerate the sight of meat but no morning sickness, so I think I've gotten off pretty easy so far! The official due date is Nov 17th! So come Thanksgiving we will have much to be Thankful for! Here's one of Baby's first photos. This was taken at about 10 weeks. As for the haircut inspiration last month, Thanks to my friend Lauren who just had a baby, I agreed chopping my hair that short with the possibility of my face getting allot fatter might be a deadly combination. So I'm putting it on hold for now. I think I'll have enough appearance changes to keep me entertained.
